This is a really nice sales and marketing system. With all kinds of features to help sales people stay on top of prospects and the sales process, and then all kinds of features to help you with your marketing efforts including a tracking system to track the results of your marketing efforts (only system we’ve ever seen that offers this feature), we are quite impressed with it.

It’s a desktop based system, not a hosted system so it’s fast and offers nice features you don’t see in a hosted system. For example, the ability to import lists of names, and merge with MS Word to send out fully personalized letters to hundreds of records at the same time and the ability to do broadcast emails are just a few of those features we really like about this system.

We also find it very cost effective. So many of the systems on the market today are subscription based meaning you pay a month to month fee to just use them. This system is a one-time fee that works out to about 1/3 to 1/2 less than the monthly fee based systems over just 12 months.
